Turkey's President Erdogan is in St Petersburg to 'reset' Russia ties today.
Germany has recently been saying, they'll be no EU membership if he reintroduces the death penalty in Turkey. Well it seems a Russian/Turkish Axis is forming. Erdogan, doesn't seem to care about EU membership... he's busy forging his own power combos. Days to pray, a?

UPDATE 18/8/2016: nuclear missiles that are housed at the Incirlik Air Base in Ankara, Turkey, may be in the process of being moved from there to a base in Romania. Article HERE
